Cleveland HALO Hybrid Utility

The Cleveland HALO Hybrid Utility club (HALO stands for "High Angle Lift Off") is suited more for the average golfer. The HALO Hybrid Utility comes in both steel and graphite, and in sufficient lofts to make the club choice much easier.

The HALO Hybrid Utility comes in a new steel shaft by True Temper called the Dynamic Gold Superlite. The True Temper Dynamic Gold shaft is an excellent   quality steel shaft and Cleveland has made a very good choice to use the new lighter version of the Dynamic Gold in their hybrid utility clubs. The HALO Hybrid Utility comes with a private branded graphite shaft called the HALO Graphite.

The HALO Hybrid Utility comes in lofts ranging from 16 degrees up to 25 degrees. The model numbers are 1i for 16 degrees, 2i for 19 degrees, 3i for 22 degrees, and 4i for 25 degrees. If you want to use a Cleveland HALO Hybrid Utility to replace one of your irons or fairway woods then:
  • replace your 3 iron with the HALO 3i (22 degree
  • replace your 4 iron with the HALO 4i (25 degree
  • replace your 3 and/or 4 wood with the HALO 1i (16 degrees)
  • replace your 5 and/or 7 wood with the HALO 2i (19 degrees)
